Patti has over fifteen years experience as a strategic financial executive with small to mid-sized manufacturing organizations. Her hands-on approach has led to improved profitability, higher productivity and stronger internal control processes. Patti's vast experience includes working with such well-known manufacturing organizations as Newell Rubbermaid, Illinois Tool Works, Coleman Powermate, Fiskars, Navistar and Crosman Airguns. By providing accurate, timely and relevant financial information, Patti provides both the tools and sound advice to an organization’s management team necessary to make well-informed business decisions.
Mark Matthew Vice
President, Operations and Client Services.
Mark has a well-balanced and diverse background built on a proven track
record of major accomplishments in the areas of Operations Management Global
Supply Chain, and Human Resources, primarily in the manufacturing, mining and
services environments. Mark’s career
progression has given him the opportunity to work for such companies as Vishay
Dale, Sun World Corporation, Coleman Powermate and Rio Tinto. Having worked in multiple industry settings,
Mark has the breadth of experience which allows him to take an expansive look
at current practices and problems before offering creative and practical
solutions for operational improvement.
Mark brings experience in the areas of organization restructuring and
development; business evaluation and turn around; plant consolidation; M&A
synergies; and strategic sourcing. Mark is
a hands-on professional that enjoys the challenge of addressing client
operational improvement opportunities that drive cost reductions and value
improvements, whether it be for products, process or services. Mark
has spent the last 15 years of his career in an international environment that
included global supply chain development and directing initiatives which
included coordinating efforts in Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe,
Canada and the United States.
Tony Kirkpatrick Director of Supply Chain Logistics brings with him 30 years of experience in high volume manufacturing in such roles as production manager, supply chain coordinator, and process developer. Tony has outstanding instincts and a remarkable ability to quickly assess complex manufacturing processes and formulate action plans. Tony is directly credited with increasing operational efficiencies from 65% to above 95% at some of his Midwest clients. Tony's grass roots approach to assessment and communication with plant personnel enable him to gain additional insights otherwise masked by the layers management between the shop floor and the Boardroom.
