Tony is directly credited with increasing operational efficiencies from 65% to above 95% at some of his Midwest clients. Tony's grass roots approach to assessment and communication with plant personnel enable him to gain additional insights otherwise masked by the layers management between the shop floor and the Boardroom.

Steve Silvis is a business leader with over 20 years of Supply Chain and Financial experience, applying data and an analytical approach to build business intelligence. Steve brings a collaborative approach to integrate financial goals with operations and applies a strong analytical background to map and guide business development. He has applied data to a broad range of the supply chain including: sourcing, inbound material flow, assembly processes, pricing and promotional strategies, facility locations, warehousing flow, fulfillment and distribution. He has experience with large data sets, mapped holistic solutions and has implemented “Business” decision algorithms. When it’s data driven Steve drives it.
Steve has been part of a business startup, lead both analytical and operational teams, and served a variety of industry including: manufacturing, consumer goods, apparel, package goods in retail and internet marketing for small, mid-sized and Fortune 100 companies.
Steve has served as a Member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Research Strategies Committee and has presented at The National CSCMP Conference, The Agricultural Machinery Conference, and The National Postal Forum. He completed and applies a Six-Sigma Black certification. He has been published in both professional and academic journals. He taught at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, where he completed his Master’s degree in Business and has government security clearance.
